Summary/Abstract: Cooperation between the bodies of the executive and the judiciary is of extreme importance for the legal and democratic state, the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal entities. The legal framework for this is available - clearly spelled out, systematized in constitutional texts, detailed in procedural laws, accounted for in material and structural laws, thoroughly explained in judicial practice and analyzed in academic doctrine (legal, political, sociological, security and management sciences ). If necessary, this legal framework can be updated, changed and supplemented, according to the rules of the rule-making process.
