Summary/Abstract: In the last two years, as part of the Covid-19 pandemic environment, organizations around the world have faced something unseen as an organizational challenge. They faced changes, for which the management largely had no quick answers. Challenges related to working in a dynamically changing environment in which traditional forms of management are not valid have appeared on the agenda. Whatever words we use, as well as what we call the management tools we choose to put into practice, it is as if the relationship „teamwork“ – „communications“ – „crisis“ is the „new Bеrmude triangle“ in which it is possible to lose all organization and any decision. This paper draws readers' attention to the search for sustainable solutions in finding ways to increase efficiency in the application of teamwork in crisis situations.
