Summary/Abstract: In American schools, the educational system allows students to learn only how to reproduce facts that do not have a meaningful connection between them. As a result, students not only dislike history and are make fun of learning, but also cannot develop critical thinking in this area. Furthermore, history presented to the students is one-sided and unequivocally racist. The author is convinced that the results also affect the further political orientation and decisions of future American citizens. This he proves by examining the relationship between their education and their support for the Vietnam War in the second half of the 20th century. The results are more than impressive.
