The preparation for prior examination of witnesses – condition of achieving its purpose

Summary/Abstract: This article examined the nature and role of training before conducting the interrogation as part of forensic tactics in conducting this procedural action. Without claiming thoroughness of the study, it is an attempt to reveal its role and significance for achieving the purpose of interrogation. The article generalize theoretical knowledge, contributing to the enrichment of criminal - procedural and forensic science and practice. Derived are practical rules and recommendations that contribute to increasing the efficiency of investigating authorities in conducting the prior examination of witnesses and supporting its process of training future lawyers and police officers.
