Summary/Abstract: The present article examines the problems connected with "Determination of punishment" - Chapter fifth, article 55 of the Criminal Code. The article 55 of the Criminal Code is related to actualities and preconditions for determination of punishment more light than specify indicated in Special part of the Criminal Code. The article examines in details actualities and preconditions for application of the article 55 of the Criminal Code.
