Gradually, the war from civil to military war with international involvement. The Islamic State, Russia, the United States, Iran, Turkey and other countries take part in it with the armed forces of the terrorist jihadist group Islamic State. The fighting is fierce and takes the lives of 370,000 people, of whom 112,000 are civilians.
