Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the concept of class racism (according to E. Balibar, E. Traverso) and compares this concept with other, related terms: estate proto-racism of the nobility, dehumanization, racism of intelligence (according to P. Bourdieu), cultural racism (ac- cording to J.M. Blaut), acculturation (according to P.P. Pasolini), „chamophobia” [Pol. cham ≈ boor] and classism. The indication of similarities and differences is intended to increase conceptual precision and, as a result, improve the comprehensibility of public de- bate.
