Education – factor for the national security

Summary/Abstract: The improvement of the Bulgarian education is a question of national security. The big problem for the Bulgarian society today is the development and establishment of a clear policy in the field of education and science. Education is not only a factor for the national security of our country but it also has a considerable role for coping with unemployment, for the creation of qualified jobs and for the possibility for mobility of young people within the United Europe and in the globalized world. It is the basis not only of the national and human security, but it is also a prerequisite for the success of every young person.
