Summary/Abstract: This study aims to highlight, starting from a recent case of judicial practice, some of the situations in which the crime of child trafficking becomes a complex crime, namely when it is committed by coercion or kidnapping. It also aims to differentiate between the attempt and the consumed form of the child trafficking crime, when it is committed by „recruitment”. Last but not least, it will analyse the situations when the crimes of deprivation of freedom and child trafficking, in the aggravating variant provided by the provisions of Art. 211 para. (1) and (2) in relation to Art. 210 para. (1) a) of the Criminal Code, must be considered in conjunction.
