Summary/Abstract: On 1 January 2018, Act No. 327/2017 Coll., amending Act No. 435/2004 Coll. on employment, as amended, will come into force. The amendment introduces changes in employment legislation, the impulse for which emerged from the need to respond to current developments in the field of the employment of persons with disabilities in the labour market, including in order to prevent the abuse of the employment of persons with disabilities so that in the future support is provided to those employers who actually do employ persons with disabilities and not those who simply 'pretend' to do so.
