Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the socio-cultural management approach to the conducting of ethical business. Ethics in the realm of business is currently acknowledged to make up a very important topic, with customers beginning to notice how companies are fulfilling their social responsibilities; moreover, the adoption of an ethical approach is rapidly becoming a significant business success factor. The aim of the article is to analyse the attitudes of management to adhering to ethical principles with respect to their approach to employees. The article presents the basic attitudes of employees of multinational companies to the ethical behaviour of management and the corporate culture in which they work as determined through the application of the analytical and questionnaire survey methods. The article focuses primarily on the services sector involving specifically large groups characterised by an international aspect to the provision of their services and which have sufficient resources to implement an ethical management approach and apply social responsibility in the areas in which they operate, and whose approach includes, above all, efforts to provide an example for other smaller companies with respect to a positive and ethical business culture.
