Summary/Abstract: The European Union is facing whit two major crises. Migration and the economic crisis caused by COVID-19. In its action plan for 2021-2027, the Union calls for faster and more efficient integration of migrants in order to normalize the economic crisis. On the other hand, the European Union does not take into account the fact that the growing number of migrants is a security risk and also a contributor to the spread of the virus.
