Summary/Abstract: Undeniably, many things have changed since the pandemic appeared and expanded. At first glance, this is a case of force majeure. But a closer analysis raises several questions. To what extent are we talking about a case of force majeure? Can we consider it an unpredictability? Which debtors will be exempted from liability and which will not? Among the most affected areas are air transport, the HoReCa department and tourism. We will examine the connections that have been established in the context of the pandemic, the resulting obligations and any liability exemptions.
