Summary/Abstract: Integrity is a concept that speaks of consistent actions, according to values, methods, and measurement elements, as well as reporting to principles and expectations that can be verified by results. The origin of the word “integrity” derives from the Latin adjective “integer” (whole, complete), and in this context, it refers to the totality of the qualities of an individual, expressed by honesty and consistency of character. This article presents some reflections concerning cases of the Constitutional Court of Romania relevant to the activity of the National Integrity Agency.
