Summary/Abstract: On a national and international level, the need to comply with the human rights and thetransparency that must describe the activity of the public servants regarding the corruption acts, havedetermined initiatives, concerns and reactions. The article is putting in the same sentence two terms of great importance in our society: humanrights and corruption. Each of the human rights are - more or less affected - by the biggest problem ofthe society, corruption.
