Modern Education – What Everyone Understands

Summary/Abstract: Modernization is an indisputable emphasis in modern education management. Unfortunately, it is most often perceived as a tool for transforming education into an understandable and manageable model. Even if presented as an optimization process, modernization is applied as a way to increase the controllability of the education system. In this sense, it does not fulfill its role as an adaptation model. Based on this understanding, the article presents an indicative alternative approach for formulating a transformational policy in the higher education sector of bachelor's and master's education. The sequence "evolution of organizations - resulting changes in personnel needs - educational models" is used as a starting point.
