Summary/Abstract: The paper, after a brief introduction about liberality, what a legacy is and how fraudulent interference with legacies is carried out, focuses on the seven types of examinations of legacies, in particular the holograph will – the easiest to fraud: Examination of documents altered by erasures, falsely dated or undated, whose contents have been altered by additions, documents forged by forgery of handwriting or signature, crossed paths, documents damaged by tearing or burning, and reconstruction of handwriting by impression by pressing.
