Summary/Abstract: The political, social and economic transformation experienced in today's world brings with it a paradigm shift. It is seen that, like all institutions and structures, perhaps most states have taken their share from this transformation. The transformation of the states, which is defined as the institution of institutions, affects all institutions. This is the reason for the transformation of industrial relations and working life. One of the most influential factors in determining the order and conditions of working life is the economic structure of the state. All kinds of decisions and changes between liberal policies implemented by the political system and statist policies affect working life positively or negatively. The aim of this study is not to explain the concept of privatization, but to discuss its causes and consequences and the effects of the concept on working life. Privatization decisions made by political powers include economic, financial, political and social objectives. It is expected that the privatization policies implemented will have reflections on the collective bargaining system, employment status, working conditions, wages and union organization in working life.
