Summary/Abstract: A wide variety of measures have been taken in the process of the OHAL announced in our country after the coup attempt that took place on 15 July. Within these measures, the authorities of the administration have been increased. The administration uses these authorities for the terrorist organization in the coup attempt. One of the things to be aware of in order not to harm the sincerity of the given struggle is to act without leaving the frame of justice. Damage to justice leads to impossible harm in social life. The interaction between social structure, economy and politics is indisputable. This interaction is probably the most affected area of public relations within industrial relations. Public work relations are shaped by statute law as it is known. Because of this feature, public work relations are regulated based on laws, not contractual and voluntary. The current neoclassical management approach has been trying to be established for a long time. Contrary to the neoclassical management approach aimed at increasing organizational belonging, organizational cynicism spread among employees after possible misapplications is a possible risk.
