Implementation of the Process of Detection,Prevention and Elimination of Pharmaceutical Crime

Summary/Abstract: In the article, the author deals with the issue of detection, prevention and elimination of pharmaceutical crime. Analyzed are individual indicators, the existence of which indicates that pharmaceutical criminal activity is being committed, and the procedure of law enforcement authorities in searching for and detecting these indicators in the proces of detecting pharmaceutical criminal activity. Selected means of operative-search activity and information-technical means, which are most frequently used for the purpose of obtaining criminally relevant information during the investigation of pharmaceutical crime, are also approximated. The successful acquisition of information by the mentioned means serves as a basis for the implementation of security actions, which secure things important for criminal proceedings related to a pharmaceutical crime
