Summary/Abstract: I start from the idea that human resources management can only be understood and implemented in a contemporary context with roots in the past. This article focuses on some economic aspects and socio-political factors that can influence the micro-political decisions of an HR manager. Also, this article makes extensive reference to e-HR, which is the new trend in HR management. From a macroeconomic perspective, we analyze the proportion of the active population in the total population, from a socio-political perspective, we analyze family or the employment rate of women in domain. In this article I will address some topics that have received little attention throughout the research. In recent years, it has become a somewhat fashionable field of research for various social sciences: demography. Generations X, Y, Z, the term industry 4.0 represents the reform of human resources management nowadays.
