Some features of loan repayments

Summary/Abstract: The lack of sufficient personal financial resources is related to loan (credit) taking needs. This requires a repayment schedule for the corresponding loan repay. Two main methods of loan repayments are known – with equal repayments of the principal or equal monthly payments. Each of them is connected with different features. The aim of the present paper is to examine some peculiarities and summarize some conclusions related to the preparation of repayment schedules for loan taking.
