Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to highlight the close relationship between mechanical work (J) values and functional status of the spine expressed by clinical signs such as regional pain and mobility. The group of participants is heterogeneous, consisting of 11 people who perform office work for 8 hours a day as employees of a software company. All are clinically healthy but experience temporary pain or discomfort during or at the end of the work schedule and during daily activities that involve low intensity physical exertion. They benefited from the 10 sessions of the program designed to measure, assess and enhance the statokinetic function of the spine for prevention purposes using BackFix technology. The research findings reveal an important connection between the evolution of test results and clinical manifestations.
