Summary/Abstract: In accordance with Art. 41 of the Labor Code, individual employment contracts can only be modified by the agreement of the parties, art. 41(3) if the changes refer to the duration of the contract, place of work, type of work, working conditions, salary, working time and rest time. The employer can organize his activity by making changes to the job description that correspond to the new realities of the company's activity, the aim pursued through these changes being both the efficiency and security of the document circuit, simultaneously with the clarification of roles and responsibilities in this circuit, as well as the managerial control of risks specific to the structure in which the legal adviser carries out his activity. Changes that refer to the duration of the contract, place of work, type of work, working conditions, salary, working time and rest time cannot be made without the employee's consent.
