One of the First anti-Communist Resistance Movements: The “T” Organization

Summary/Abstract: In the spring of 1945, at about the same time, two resistance movements were bom, the “T” Organization and “Avram lancu’s Warriors,” but the public opinion first learned of the “T” Organization, whose members, in its Bucharest core, had been arrested as early as the summer ofthe same year. The immediate arrest of its members was a perfect pretext for the authorities ofthe regime to try and compromise the historical parties.
