Summary/Abstract: In this study, the relationship of malicious envy and benign envy with attachment styles and the effect of these relationships on work commitment and work addiction were investigated. It is thought that the fact that people's feelings of malicious envy and Benign envy are in a relationship with their value judgments may be related to their attachment styles, and in this case, it will affect their work commitment and work addiction. In addition, in the study, it was tried to be emphasized in the light of literature and findings that work commitment is a positive attitude and work addiction is a negative attitude. For this purpose, the research was applied to 358 white-collar employees and managers. When the research findings are examined, while anxious attachment negatively affects work commitment and benign envy, it affects my work addiction positively. Benign Envy, on the other hand, found a positive solution to his job commitment. In addition, it is one of the research findings that envy has a full mediating effect on the relationship between anxious attachment and job commitment.
