Summary/Abstract: The article presents the terms of a dish, namely ‘aspic’.The focus was on names that differ from the general Polish language (e.g. galart, zylc, studzienina, tymbalik). Their frequency and territorial range have been presented. The current state (the material was collected via an online survey in 2019-2020) was confronted with older data from 50 years ago, owing to which a picture emerged of the linguistic changes that took place. On the basis of the lexicographic query and social spread, regionalisms such as galart have been identified.
