Summary/Abstract: This paper, based on the corpus of two selected tomes of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts Dictionary, analyzes relationship between polysemy and length of lexemes, as well as semantic construction of polysemic lexemes. By polemisemic lexeme, we consider one who has at least fifteen recorded definitions in dictionary
