Summary/Abstract: The problem of suffering usually generates many unknowns and when health problems are not organic, things get even more complicated. The attempt to heal sometimes fails through exclusive approaches, through the lack of cooperation between science and faith or, more specifically, between the doctor and the priest. There are examples in the Holy Scripture when demonizations materialized in the form of mental or physical suffering. The reality of the disease in these cases was as indisputable as the presence of the demon, whose expulsion brought healing. A cooperation between several specialists, working together for the benefit of those who suffer, is necessary and mandatory for a complete and complex approach of these people in need.
