Summary/Abstract: The legal creation of the right to die (naturally) is a transposition of the individual's autonomy and his right to dispose of his own body in the context of the modern, transhumanist vision of the human body, which seeks immortality through hybridization by technology, in various forms. As far as the human being will transfer himself into a robotic form and/or transfer his consciousness into a computer or other similar technological forms, the notions of human life and dignity will have to be rewritten, as they will no longer correspond to the new determining realities for establishing the system of society's values.
