Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the honorific forms of Polish and Korean languages based on dialogues from Polish and South Korean series and entertainment programs broadcast on popular TV channels in 2020. Cultural and social conditions of honorific usage is characterized and distinguished with a view to its lexical exponents. Additionally, Polish and Korean address forms are compared, and the influence of the communicative situation on their use is investigated.
