Summary/Abstract: According to the latest EU strategy in the field (25 May 2011), the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) addresses the following countries: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine. As we know, the Eastern Partnership, launched in 2008, includes the following countries: Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. So even the implied outs of geographic south facade of the ENP includes the remaining countries as listed in the latest official EU document: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco. Since this is the most effervescent geopolitical area, Southern Dimension of the European Union plays a very important role both in the democratization of these countries and the future EU border extension process.
