Summary/Abstract: In addition to the classical concept of communication, modern approaches take into account how emotions affect the results you get, the activity at work and in life. To succeed in what we want to undertake, it is not enough the logical approach and objective phenomena and hard work, but also the subtle things in the relationship between people in the communication process, namely, the emotions transmitted and created between them in connection with the organization or subjects discussed during the communication process.
