Summary/Abstract: The Law on Gender Equality in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("B&H Official Gazette", No. 32/2010 - revised text) has not been amended nor have significant interventions been made in the relevant regulations for this area. It is certainly important to mention the new norms to which this law, as the basic regulation in this area, refers. A new regulation in the field of labor law, implying additional treatment by employers, is adopted for the territory of Republika Srpska - The Law on Protection from Harassment at Work („RS Official Gazette", No. 90/2021). However, this regulation does not deal with the special protection of women, but generally stipulates the protection against harassment at work and in connection with employment, procedure for exercising the right to protection against harassment at work and in connection with employment, as well as other matters of importance for protection against harassment at work and in connection with employment. The adoption of this regulation is certainly of great importance because it deals with specific issues of protection against harassment at work.
