Summary/Abstract: In this paper we continue to investigate the spelling of stylistically symptomatic ethnonyms and population names (EOMs) (Hrubaničová, 2023), with special attention to cases of unclear boundaries between the proprium and the appellative in so-called stylistically symptomatic EOMs, and orthographic divergence in capitalization in this group of names. We focus on the spelling of proprial suffixal derivatives (type SLOVÁČIK – SLOVÁČISKO; ČECHÚŇ, ČECHÚR, ČECHÁK, ČECHÁČIK) and abbreviative derivatives (type DEDERÓN, DEDERÁK, ENDEERÁK; USÁK) of neutral EOMs.
