Summary/Abstract: Vibrotactile sensitivity is only a part of the integrative information wholeness, of the intricately operating general sensitivity system on which the visual perception of speech mechanism is based. In the article special attention is focused on the nature and significance of the tactile sensitivity and the mechanisms through which it provides opportunity to transform more quantity of information and more significant information aiding the visual perception of a verbal signal. Vibrotactile sensitivity can be presented only relatively independently. In this article it is viewed as a part of the interrelated general sensitivity system.
