SOME VICES ON THE NORMATIVNA REGULATION, CONCERNING CONTRACTNI PRACTICES FOR AGRICULTURAL LANDS IN THE CONTEXT OF REGIONAL SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: The management and use of agricultural lands in the Republic of Bulgaria, according to the agrarian legislation, is realized in a chosen and preferred way by these entities. One of the ways to use the agricultural land is to rent it from the owners for a period of not less than one economic year. This creates specific relationships regarding the cultivation of agricultural land between the owner and the user, which relationships are complex and accompanied by some problems. These problems arise mainly from vices in the agrarian legislation and in that part of it that regulates this type of relationship that affects the sustainability of regional security.
