ION POP RETEGANUL’S PEDAGOGICAL WRITINGS

Summary/Abstract: The pedagogical activity of Ion Pop Reteganul, a name closely related to the Romanian culture is one of the fundamental directions of his personal development. The activity of this teacher, who was born in Reteag, materialized into some important textbooks. One of the most important textbooks was The Reading Book, which is still actual due to its concepts and knowledge. It is addressed to different types of pupils. Another important textbook was about the art of growing trees. These two textbooks and another valuable Ion Pop Reteganul’s pedagogical writings will be described in my article.
