Summary/Abstract: This article constitutes the last part of the three of the study devoted to presenting some Litinisms extrated from the civil law Works of the Transilvanian jurists Georgiu Plopu and Ştefan Laday. We here by analyse 72 other words most of the legal terms specific to the legal language of Transylvania in the first 25 years after the union with Romanian, which cannot be found in any dictionary of the Romanian language.
