Summary/Abstract: The paper describes the characteristic of functioning of models of human resources management in Polish hospitals. The analysis made in this paper is theoretically-empirical. The theoretical part presents information about models of human resources management. The empirical part is pilot research of comparative project of human resources management systems in four hospitals in Łódź voivodeship. The project bases on the comparative analysis of case studies.
