Summary/Abstract: Once with the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance number 97/2000, the cooperative credit institutions from Romania practically enter in the big modern co-operative world. During the research we want to determine the organisational culture promoted by the co-operative banks from Romania to facilitate the development of some innovative solutions in the entrepreneurial field, exchange of experience and the good practice with the purpose of improving the KPIs of the studied entities.To analyze the organisational culture of Co-operative bank network Creditcoop, we used a mixed method, analyzing the organisation both qualitative - using direct observation and quantitative – using an anonymous questionnaire applied to the co-operative employments.
