Summary/Abstract: Changes of the complete education system are necessary. However, these changes cannot happen based on individual opinions or stances, but they have to be caused by the results of serious research conducted by relevant institutions and eminent researchers. The consequences of certain changes are easier to follow on a sample of older students of primary schools (transl. note: students between the age of 11 and 14) or secondary school students (transl. note: students between the age of 14 and 18), and of course, university students, rather than younger primary school students. However, the difficulty or ease should not be a reason to investigate a certain phenomenon. Guided by this, we have decided to attempt conducting a quasi-research, i.e., a case study about the application of the Six Thinking Hats technique with the younger students of primary schools. The obtained results will serve as our motive for further application of this technique with students of the same age, as well as our starting point for other research of similar topics. With this case study, it has been shown that this technique can be used with younger students of primary schools.
