Summary/Abstract: The preschool age is specific and it represents a challenge for investigating various phenomena. One of the questions that is brought up frequently is whether it is possible to employ something at this age and how to examine certain topics in the most natural environment possible. This was exactly the question that emerged when the idea for this paper was conceived. We thought about whether it is possible to encourage pre-school children to think of a certain problem from different perspectives. We decided to implement several activities in which we would apply the Six Thinking Hats technique and use carefully selected questions to guide children to different viewpoints on the same phenomenon. Given the children's young age, we selected a case-study approach to allow for individual and group-level observations. We carried out a total of 9 activities. In the end, it was concluded that regardless of the age of the children, it is possible to implement the Six Thinking Hats technique in kindergarten with certain modifications to it.
