Summary/Abstract: Contemporary teachers are the key factors in inclusive education who are obliged to meet all the challenges that this type of education has. They need to adapt all the teaching materials and activities, create a positive atmosphere in the classroom and use innovative methods suitable for an inclusive and individual way of teaching.The Comics & Voice Online Library for the Children with Developmental Disabilities project implies a set of activities with the aim to encourage the II, III and IV grade high school students of Četvrta gimnazija Ilidža to create a completely different library through peer-to-peer cooperation, the library that consists of abbreviated, illustrated and adapted versions of books regularly taught in Bosnian language and literature and English language lessons, aimed at children with developmental disabilities.The aim of this project is to help the high school students with developmental disabilities read and understand various literary works taught in a regular teaching process easily.The focus of this work is to highlight advantages of the project-based learning in an inclusive education based on the teaching outcomes and interdisciplinary approach to school subjects, in this case Informatics and Programming, English and Bosnian / Serbian / Croatian languages as well as mutual cooperation and group work of all the students in the classes that worked on this project. Therefore, students with developmental disabilities who attend regular high school classes have the opportunity to acquire some basic knowledge in English and Bosnian / Serbian/ Croatian language and literature and according to their capabilities, can read and understand the contents of books.
