Summary/Abstract: Our attempt brings to attention the heterogeneous technical patrimony within the Țării Crișurilor Museum, located in the reserve of the History Department. This heritage is based on artifacts from the old collection and has been permanently enriched with cultural goods obtained from donations, acquisitions and transfers from state institutions. Currently, it has over 2000 pieces, as well as specialized prints and commercial advertising material (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3). Over time, the collection has been promoted through several publications, through cultural events organized at headquarters or in the smaller memorial museums as well as through educational projects. Without a precise orientation, the collection remains open. The best proof of this is the recently transferred pieces from the Natural Sciences Section, items used in the field by fellow museographers. Some of them were presented in the recently organized exhibition “The 150th Anniversary of Oradea Museography. The History of the Țării Crișurilor Museum from Oradea” held in 2022 (Fig. 4).
