Summary/Abstract: Energy security is among the most talked issues in world politics. With the Russia-Ukraine War, one of the most important factors affecting global dynamics has been the energy factor. In addition, states are trying to guarantee energy supply in order to maintain their economic development. For this purpose, they develop various relationships and make investments. One of the prominent states in this context is China (People’s Republic of China). In the study, within the scope of energy security, China’s energy policy and investments towards the Arab World are examined through the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iraq, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
