Summary/Abstract: This article considers some ethical questions that arise during the art therapy and psychotherapy; analyzes their moral, judicial and aesthetical aspects and presents the critical interpretations of various approaches to them. As a rule, the discourses of art therapy and psychotherapy come across the ambivalence of traditional Christian concepts of good and evil. On the background of that ambivalence, the dilemmas of contemporary human sciences are seen in a new light, which involves the contemporary forms of art therapy and psychotherapy into the field of ethical problems.
