Actions of the authority in administrative court proceedings after receiving a complaint from the Regional Administrative Court

Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article is to present the procedures taken by administration institutions after receiving a complaint lodged to the Regional Administrative Court. At the beginning of the article, the situation of a clerkwas discussed, as a person working in institutions where complaints against the court and administrative proceedings are delivered. There is also a description of mistakes made at this stage of the proceedings. In the next part, the issues connected with the institution’s procedures after lodging the complaint were raised. In the end, the suggestions for the improvement of the situation were presented.
