Summary/Abstract: Emergency care is a primary unit in the structure of healthcare. The main subject of its activity is to interrupt the development of acute or sudden life-threatening conditions in patients by providing and conducting timely, quality, and effective diagnostic and treatment activities. What is specific about it is its interdisciplinary scope. Often it creates a prerequisite for number of legal and practical problems that individually do not find their solution. The Covid-19 pandemic played a major role in taking measures to start legal reforms around Emergency Care, which brought to the surface urgent legal and medical problems from the daily activities of the medics, who are also the main subject of study in this review.
