Summary/Abstract: The quality of administrative customer service in communal authorities may be differently assessed and perceived by employees (service providers), external experts (e.g. auditors) and customers (service users). Within the triad of such opinions, the most important seem to be the subjective feelings of customers visiting the office. Surveys seem to be the best tool to gather such opinions. The opinion polls among customers of the Municipal Office in Przemków provide a multi-dimensional assessment of the administrative quality, being a kind of quality certificate issued by respondents.
